A checkout confirmation records the requested order. Final fulfillment may require payment confirmation, fraud review, vendor eligibility, agreement validation, tenant or enrollment information, stock, tax, export, and customer acceptance checks.
Revision summary: Updated for the Temen primary website, storefront, AI experiences, and governed service-routing model.1. Order review
Temen reviews orders for product, edition, quantity, term, region, organization type, agreement, qualifying license, tenant, delivery, tax, and payment information where those details affect fulfillment. We may contact the purchaser, request correction, convert a transaction to an assisted quote, or cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled safely or lawfully.
2. Digital delivery
Digital licenses, subscriptions, cloud services, and entitlements may be delivered by email, vendor portal, tenant assignment, enrollment, administrative handoff, or another documented process. Delivery time depends on the publisher, purchasing program, validation, and whether the item can be fulfilled automatically or requires assisted processing.
3. Hardware delivery
Hardware may ship from Temen or an authorized fulfillment source. Availability and delivery estimates can change before shipment. Tracking is provided when available. The purchaser is responsible for an accurate deliverable address, authorized recipient, site access, and inspection of visible shipping damage.
4. Assisted and special orders
Enterprise agreements, cloud commitments, volume programs, custom configurations, products not listed as standard SKUs, and complex renewals normally require a quote and validation before fulfillment. The quote or order form will identify assumptions, estimated timing, dependencies, and customer actions.
5. Deployment and services
A product purchase does not automatically include migration, configuration, deployment, training, support, managed services, or architecture work unless the order says so. Temen can scope these services separately and coordinate product fulfillment with delivery when requested.
6. Delivery issues
- Report a missing, incorrect, damaged, duplicated, or nonfunctional item promptly.
- Keep packaging, serial numbers, order records, and vendor notices needed to investigate hardware issues.
- Do not publish or send software keys, tenant secrets, passwords, or payment data through general contact fields.
- Temen will coordinate the appropriate correction, replacement, vendor case, return authorization, or refund review.
