We use information to run the site, fulfill and support purchases, answer requests, provide licensing and solution guidance, protect the service, and improve the customer experience. Do not submit passwords, product keys, payment-card details, tenant secrets, health information, or other highly sensitive information through chat or general contact fields.
Revision summary: Updated for Temen’s primary storefront, AI experiences, first-party measurement choices, sales and support routing, and current service model.1. Scope
This policy applies when you visit or use Temen Systems websites and digital experiences, browse or purchase products, use the cart, communicate with Debbie or another Temen assistant, submit a contact or sourcing request, schedule a meeting, or otherwise communicate with Temen Systems.
Some purchases and services are provided through or with third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, Microsoft, distributors, publishers, fulfillment partners, and service providers. Their own privacy notices may also apply to their processing.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
This may include your name, business contact information, company, role, account details, billing and delivery information, product and cart selections, order information, licensing environment, users or device counts, renewal context, project needs, support requests, communications, meeting requests, and the information you enter into forms or AI-assisted experiences.
Information collected automatically
When you use the site, we and our service providers may collect device, browser, network, approximate location, cookie, session, page, referral, interaction, diagnostic, security, and transaction information needed to deliver, protect, measure, and improve the experience.
Information from partners and public sources
We may receive order, licensing, fulfillment, support, catalog, account, or business information from authorized vendors, distributors, partners, service providers, and publicly available business sources.
3. How we use information
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website, storefront, assistants, and related services.
- Process carts, purchases, payments, sourcing requests, quotes, renewals, fulfillment, returns, and customer support.
- Understand users, devices, workloads, licensing context, technical requirements, and requested business outcomes.
- Respond to inquiries, route requests, schedule meetings, provide service communications, and maintain customer relationships.
- Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, malicious instructions, and other security or service-integrity risks.
- Comply with law, valid legal process, contractual duties, accounting requirements, and the enforcement of applicable terms.
- Send marketing communications where permitted and honor applicable choices to unsubscribe or opt out.
5. AI-assisted experiences
Debbie and other Temen AI experiences may use the page you are viewing, your cart, your prior conversation in the current experience, approved product data, and information you choose to provide. Requests may be processed using Microsoft cloud and Foundry services and may be logged for security, quality, support, cost control, and service improvement.
AI output is guidance, not a final determination of product rights, licensing eligibility, contractual terms, compliance, security, or professional advice. Temen may route a conversation and relevant cart or request context to an account executive or specialist when you ask us to do so or when human validation is needed. Human review remains required for agreement-sensitive, regulated, commercial, or customer-impacting decisions.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including providing services, maintaining business and transaction records, supporting customers, resolving disputes, meeting legal or accounting obligations, preventing abuse, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary by record type and contractual or legal requirement.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for avoiding sensitive information in general-purpose forms and chat.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or information about certain processing. You may also have rights concerning targeted advertising or certain disclosures. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions, identity verification, record-retention duties, and the roles of separate service providers.

The site and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Temen or its providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.
10. Changes to this policy
