This policy applies to products and services purchased directly from Temen Systems unless a quote, order form, statement of work, publisher term, partner rule, or other signed agreement states a different policy. The controlling transaction document and mandatory law take precedence.
2. Before fulfillment
You may request cancellation before an order enters vendor processing, provisioning, fulfillment, special sourcing, or shipment. We will confirm whether cancellation remains possible and whether a vendor, payment, sourcing, or administrative charge has already become nonrecoverable.
3. Digital products and subscriptions
Software keys, cloud subscriptions, activated licenses, assigned seats, renewals, support entitlements, downloadable products, usage commitments, and vendor-provisioned services may be final once fulfilled or activated. If a delivered item is materially different from the confirmed order or cannot be activated because of a verified fulfillment error, Temen will work to correct, replace, or refund it as permitted by the publisher and purchase program.
4. Hardware and physical goods
Unopened standard-stock hardware may be eligible for return when requested promptly and accepted by the applicable supplier. Return authorization, condition, packaging, serial number, restocking charge, shipping cost, warranty process, and return window can vary by product and supplier. Custom, configured, special-order, clearance, opened, damaged, or hygiene-sensitive goods may not be returnable.
5. Professional and managed services
Advisory, implementation, training, support, managed service, and project fees are governed by the applicable quote, order, statement of work, or service agreement. Work already performed, committed third-party cost, reserved capacity, and approved expenses remain payable unless the controlling agreement states otherwise.
6. How to request review
- Contact Temen with the order number, purchaser, product, quantity, reason, and requested outcome.
- Do not send passwords, product keys, payment-card data, or tenant secrets.
- Wait for written return or cancellation authorization before shipping hardware or taking action in a vendor portal.
- Temen will confirm the applicable publisher, supplier, payment, and contractual rules before approving an outcome.
7. Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where practical. Processing time depends on the payment provider, bank, publisher, distributor, and order type. Taxes, foreign-exchange differences, shipping, and nonrecoverable third-party charges are handled according to the controlling transaction and applicable law.
