This page describes public operating commitments. A signed customer agreement, statement of work, data-processing addendum, security schedule, support plan, or service description defines the controls and obligations for a specific engagement.
Revision summary: Expanded procurement-facing commitments for security, privacy, responsible AI, commerce, accessibility, delivery control, and incident communication.1. Accountable ownership
Temen makes scope, assumptions, decisions, risks, acceptance, escalation, and operating ownership visible. Support restores and maintains agreed services. Change improves an existing capability. Project work creates a new outcome. The applicable agreement establishes each boundary.
2. Security and privacy
- Least-privilege access appropriate to the work
- Explicit customer and tenant boundaries for multi-tenant operations
- No passwords, keys, payment data, health data, or tenant secrets in general website forms or demonstrations
- Protected transport, security headers, rate limits, validation, and abuse controls on public endpoints
- Incident escalation and evidence handling defined for contracted services
3. Responsible AI
- Bounded public demonstrations with no customer-system access
- Input and output safety controls, rate limits, token budgets, and cost circuit breakers
- Human checkpoints for consequential, commercial, security, employment, licensing, and customer-impacting actions
- Clear separation between staged examples, guidance, and verified production outcomes
- Monitoring, governance, change control, and operational ownership for managed agentic systems
4. Commerce and licensing
Storefront availability is not a substitute for licensing eligibility, qualifying rights, agreement, tenant, region, quantity, term, or vendor validation. Debbie can narrow a path, recommend a product, or hand the context to a Temen account executive, but cannot invent discounts, rights, or approval.
5. Delivery control
Temen uses fit-for-purpose Agile, hybrid, waterfall, fixed, hourly, break-fix, and recurring models with formal project management. Cadence, decision logs, reporting, quality, acceptance, and change control are proportionate to the engagement.
6. Report a concern
Use the contact page to report a security, privacy, accessibility, order, AI, support, or service concern. For an active customer issue, use the contracted support or escalation channel when available so the correct priority, identity verification, and evidence handling can be applied.
7. Public evidence
Temen is consolidating the operating history of the prior ESS storefront into one primary brand. During that migration, buyers can independently inspect the verified legacy storefront review record. Reviews remain attributed to the storefront and customer experience where they were originally submitted.
